We hope you are happy with your new purchase and that it will help you enjoy the great outdoors. If for any reason your purchase isn't what you're after, then don't hesitate to return it to us. Unfortunatelly, we cannot offer a return for exchange service. If you like the product but would prefer it in a different colour, simply return the unwanted item to us for a refund and place a new order for the item you want via our online shop.


Sometimes you just buy the wrong product and this isn't a problem at all. You can return unwanted items purchased from us within 30 days from delivery. Please see 'How to return items to us' below to find out more about how to return the items back to us.

It is important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a
resalable condition. Please note that we only take back unused items. Be careful not to remove attached labels or dirty the item. The goods must not show any signs of use (please see our info page regarding right of return). Then we will happily issue a full refund within 14 days from receiving an item back in our warehouse, providing you have proof of purchase, so please remember to hang on to your delivery note!

We will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to the product you don't want. This
doesn't include the cost of returning the product to us.

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will pay the costs of postage. Please contact us by email and we will come up with a solution that is right for you.


Please make sure to check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible damage. If there is a problem with your purchase, please inform us by email so that we can immediately start processing the refund or replacement of your order.


We will process all warranty claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please send an email with the following info (where available):

  • Customer name

  • Invoice number and purchase date

  • Item name

  • A short description of the fault

  • Few digital images in which you can clearly see the damage or fault

We will inspect the images as soon as possible and you will receive an email from us with information about how to proceed.

Warranty claims are granted in accordance with the UK legal requirements. We endeavour to resolve your claim via rectification or replacement within the defined warranty period of two years (three years if you have subscribed to our extended warranty programme) from the date of delivery for any material faults or damages. We will not accept liability for damage or faults arising from improper use, operation or storage, negligent or insufficient care and maintenance, overload, or improper repair undertaken by an unauthorized service partner.
